At I.P. Financial Advisers we take great pride in helping our clients live their best lives and we like to think we do a pretty good job – striving to always provide exceptional service and valuable advice.
It’s always good to get an independent view though, so we recently engaged an external consultant to conduct a client survey – the Business Health CATScan – to get a better sense of the client experience.
We were thrilled to score 36 points out of a maximum of 36 points, ranking in the top 25% of the industry benchmark.
The survey provides comprehensive feedback on several key aspects of the advice process.
